rock.RBST

“rock.RBST” is radio remote control transmitter unit for robust radio remote control of safety critical industrial and mobile applications. It includes everything from simple standard systems to advanced customized systems. The “rock.RBST” offers various transmitter models. The waist transmitter comes in different versions, one is a simpler version, which handles some movements at different speeds and contains minimum function. The other, a more sophisticated version, which handles more movements at different speeds, and contains many extra functions.

Heron

The Heron is an adjustable lighting fixture which can adopt several positions just by moving the three hinging elements. Depending the shaped position, this object can lighten wall-, up- or downside. Touching the ledprofile (tube) dimms the light and switches on en off. The Heron is part of a larger collection with different birdshapes en names.

Quantum

I wanted a different shape, a shape that evoked thoughts of sports cars and speed boats. I've always loved the look of sharp lines and angles, and that showed up in my design. The dial presents a 3D experience to the viewer, and there are multiple "levels" within the dial that are visible from any angle the watch may be viewed at. I designed the strap attachment to secure directly into the watch, with the ultimate goal of providing the wearer with an integrated and three dimensional experience.

Minimal Sash Lock

This sash lock was designed as part of a larger assembly of custom-designed double and triple hung windows. As the contemporary double hung window increases in energy efficiency, its proportions become thinner, yet deeper; its operation smoother and more precise. The design of this Sash Lock takes advantage of these advances and is based on simplicity in operation (one hand), installation (one screw per component) and manufacture (the process of digital 'printing' in Stainless Steel, a process that is efficient when using a minimum of material).

CR1

The CR1 is a carbon fiber wheelchair that is fully customizable to the user's individual specifications and preferences. The unique, dual-angle front end was designed to follow the lines of the user's body, allowing them to get closer to objects for improved accessibility and maneuverability in tight spaces. The aerodynamic tube profile and its orientation were designed to improve strength, user comfort in areas contacting the body and aesthetically to promote a sense of speed. The dual-purpose sideguards provide protection to the user while acting as a structural member for support.
